A very stunning and rare Shibayama card case. It has rounded sides to the ivory with one side decorated with a crane next to a river . There are also fine branches of flowering wisteria growing over bamboo canes. On the other side there are two branches of cherry blossom with fruiting red berries. Both sides are in high relief and show great detail. Finally, to the base there is a spider.Meiji Period 1868-1912 The size is 4 3/8" Long x 3" Wide x 1/2" Deep
